As temperatures across the country continue to rise, Australians are heading outside, hitting the beach and firing up the barbecue to celebrate Christmas.
While temperatures around the country soar, revellers are not letting the steamy whether get in the way of their Christmas celebrations.
People are taking to social media to share their holiday cheer, posting photos of families enjoying fun in the water and even a few games of beach cricket.
