Tribune International, 12 Sep 2023 (Analysis by Syed Atiq ul Hassan, in English & Urdu): Losing and winning is part of the game but the way the Pakistan team has failed miserably in bowling,
batting, and fielding has raised many questions. Do the mysterious questions exist behind Pakistan’s defeat? Yes, close to me! I am asking you some questions; you think and draw a conclusion!
1) Why did Nawaz Sharif remove Najam Sethi from the chairmanship of PCB and make Zaka Ashraf the chairman on the demand of Asif Zardari? How honest is Zaka Ashraf, no need to say anything, being nominated by Zardari is enough reason!
2) Pakistan India match earns billions of rupees. Why was the venue not changed despite the bad weather?
3) Why was one day reserved announced only between Pakistan and India during the round games?
4) Some BCB officers came to Lahore a few days ago. One of them had a one-on-one meeting with Zaka Ashraf in isolation for more than an hour, what happened in this conversation, no news came out in the media, why?
5) The faces of the Pakistani team players were downcast, and the body language was also dull, why?
6) Was Haris Rauf really not capable of delivering his remaining quota?
7) Were the Pakistani batsmen playing with passion and their potential?
There can be many more questions, but can you find the reason for defeat behind the answers to these questions?
پچھلی رات پاکستان بھارت کے ہاتھوں بری طرح سے ہار گیا، کیوں؟
ہار جیت تو کھیل کا حصہ ہوتی ہے مگر جس طرح سے پاکستان کی ٹیم بالنگ، بیٹنگ، اور فیلڈنگ میں بری طرح ناکام ہوئی ہے اسُ نے کئی سوالات کھڑے کر دئیے ہیں۔ کیا پاکستان کی ہار کے پیچھے پر اسرار سوالات جنم لے رہے ہیں؟ میرے نذیک جی ہاں! میں کچھ سوالات آپ سے کررہا ہوں، آ پ سوچئے اور نتیجہ اخذ کیجئے!
۱) پی سی بی کے چئیرمین شپ نجم سیٹھی کو ہٹا کر آصف زرداری کی ڈیمانڈ پر نواز شریف نے ذکا اشرف کو کیوں چئیرمین بنایا۔ ذکا اشرف کتنا ایماندار ہے، کچھ کہنے کی ضرورت نہیں، زرداری کی جانب سے نامذد ہونا ہی کافی ہے؟
۲) پاکستان بھارت میچ کے پیچھے اربوں روپے کی کمائی ہوتی ہے۔ خراب موسم کا علم ہوتے ہوئے بھی کیوں وینیو تبدیل نہیں کیا گیا؟
۳) ٹورمامنٹ کے دوران صرف پاکستان اور بھارت کے درمیان ایک دنِ ریزرو کیوں رکھا گیا؟
۴) چند دنِ پہلے بی سی بی کے کچھ افسران لاہور آئے تھے۔ انِ میں سے ایک شخص نے ذکا اشرف سے تنہائی میں ایک گھنٹہ سے زیادہ بات چیت کی، اسِ بات چیت میں کیا ہوا ، میڈیا کو کوئی خبر نہیں دی گئی، کیوں؟
۵) پاکستانی ٹیم کے کھلاڑیوں کے چہرے اترے ہوئے تھے اور باڈی لینگویج بھی مایوس کن تھی، کیوں؟
۶) کیا حارث رؤف واقعی ہی مزید بال ڈالنے کے قابل نہیں تھے؟
۷) کیا پاکستانی بلے باز جوش و جذبے اور اپنی صلاحیتوں کے ساتھ کھیل رہے تھے؟
سوالات تو اور بھی اٹھتے ہیں مگر انِ ہی سوالوں کے پیچھے آپ کو جواب ملِ سکتا ہے؟
