Sahari, has been honoured with the prestigious Visionary Leader of the Year at the Malaysia Top Achievers 2023 Ceremony held recently.

The Visionary Leader of the Year award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and vision in their respective fields. Hairol Ariffein has been instrumental in driving the strategic direction of HDC since helming the position in 2020 and spearheading initiatives to enhance Malaysia’s halal ecosystem on both national and global fronts

Under Hairol Ariffein’s visionary leadership, HDC has achieved significant milestones in advancing Malaysia’s halal industry, including the development of innovative strategies to promote Malaysia’s halal ecosystem such as the launch of Halal Industry Master Plan 2030, the introduction of Halal Integrated Platform (HIP), the establishment of strategic partnerships with international stakeholders through various collaborations as well as industry event such as the World Halal
