Sydney (CREF Media Release, 25 July 2015); Chand Raat Eid Festival (CREF) Incorporated has announced all the events of CREF 2015.
CREF events are the biggest and the most anticipated Eid Events (in Islamic Calendar) in Australia which are held in Sydney, Melbourne and now opening in Perth in celebrations of the ending of the fasting month of Ramadan and annual Islamic festivity of Eid-ul-Fitr.
In Sydney, Ramadan Festival will be held on Saturday 11 July at Bowman Hall, Blacktown. The main event of Chand Raat Eid Festival will be held on Friday 17 July at Rosehill Gardens, Rosehill.
In Melbourne, Chand Raat Event will be held on Thursday 16 July at Broadmeadows Leisure Centre, Broadmeadows. The Eid Festival will be held on Sunday 19 July at Springers Leisure Centre & Tatterson Park, Keysborough.
In Perth, the Chand Raat Event will be held on Thursday 16 July at Kingsway Indoor Stadium, Madeley.
In these events overall, over 250 exhibitors are expected to attend, several cultural groups, performers, entertainers and celebrities will be participating and over 50,000 people are expected to attend this open for everyone multicultural mega celebrations in Australia.
This year, CREF event has been introduced in the city of Perth. Mr. Omair Adam Chodhry has been appointed as a Project Manager for Perth. Mr. Chodhry has been working actively in the community holding various events and now he is part of CREF organising team.
‘Like every year, we are again coming with excitement and challenges’ says Syed Atiq ul Hassan, Director CREF 2015. He has said that organising CREF event in Perth was a big challenge for us but the organising team had been receiving notable requests from the people in Perth through social media and emails for the last couple of years, therefore we have finally taken the initiative with the introduction of a new team member and now it will be a regular annual event in Perth.
Mr. Hassan has asked the people of Perth to take a lead on Sydney and Melbourne on the first year and be a part of your event of CREF 2015.
